Question 1

What is an AI agent?

Accepted Answer

An AI agent is an assistant that acts for a person: browsing, comparing, asking. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity all do this today.

Question 2

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. On WordPress or any Cloudflare-fronted site, you install Sill in minutes. There is also a Send to my developer option on every install.

Question 3

Will this slow down or break my site?

Accepted Answer

No. The script is small, the Cloudflare Worker runs in front of your origin, and the WordPress plugin adds one tag. You can remove any install at any time.

Question 4

Can I remove it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deactivate the plugin, disconnect Cloudflare, uninstall the Shopify app, or delete the script tag. There is no lock-in.

Question 5

I don't sell online. Is this for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The seven business skills — Get pricing, Request a demo, Sign up, Book a meeting, Contact support, Get status, Get trust center — turn common pages into actions agents can call.

Question 6

Can an agent buy something without me knowing?

Accepted Answer

Only within rules you set. Large or unusual actions can wait for a person. Every decision is signed and verifiable.

Question 7

Do you touch my money?

Accepted Answer

No. Your existing processor holds the card and moves the money. Sill issues the signed authorization and the signed record.

Question 8

There are new agent standards. Do I need to learn them?

Accepted Answer

No. One install speaks the standards that are live today: MCP, A2A agent card, llms.txt, AP2, UCP for connected Stripe stores, ARD catalog, public JWKS, and signature checks on signed agents.

Question 9

What does the scan actually do?

Accepted Answer

It reads public files on the domain you type and reports what AI agents would see. Nothing is written. No account is needed.
