The thing you install at the client is the thing you can audit.
The rules sit at the door.
Agents only act under the rules you set with the client. Big actions wait for a person by email or Slack. Every decision leaves a signed record.
Attack your own rules first.
Fire real attack shapes at the client’s own rules. Nothing settles. Every miss comes with the fix.
After install, Sill guards the door: house rules for every agent, big orders wait for the owner’s OK, agents you don’t trust are turned away.
Sill never touches your client’s money.
What agencies ask us.
Do we need a separate login for each client site?
No. Each client site is its own site inside your Sill account. You install, scan and view each site from the same login.
Can the client see their own report?
Yes. The hosted readiness report is a public URL — anyone who holds the link can open it in the browser. Send it from your email.
What does one install cover on the client’s site?
On WordPress, WooCommerce or any site behind Cloudflare, one install covers browser agents, crawlers and the files agents read, on the client’s own domain. On Shopify, the app covers the storefront, catalog and orders; some discovery files are hosted by Sill.
If a client wants out, can we remove it?
Yes. Deactivate the plugin, disconnect Cloudflare, uninstall the app, or delete the script tag. No lock-in.
Who handles the client’s money?
The client’s existing payment provider does — Stripe today. Sill signs the authorization and the record of what the agent did. Sill never holds funds.
Can we see what AI assistants are doing on a client’s site before they install?
Only from outside: the scan shows what an assistant can find. After install, the dashboard shows which agents visited, what they read and what they asked for.
